Acute Illness

Due to coronavirus, we do not honor acute consultations bewteen 08.00-08.30. All consultations must be preceded by telephone contact.

In the event of an acute illness, you can contact us in our  emergency consultation every day of the week from 8:00-8:30  without prior appointment.

In the event of an acute life-threatening illness, contact 112.

Note the time is reserved for acute issues (eg cough, fever, ear / throat pain, eye inflammation, cystitis, acute abdominal pain, minor sores).
After assessment, one may be assigned a time at another time.
The time is not suitable for back pain, abdominal discomfort, mental problems, crises / stress, prescription renewal, prolonged discomfort and reference is made to our time system “time the same day”.

During peak periods, waiting time should be expected.
After 16:00 on weekdays as well as on weekends, you are kindly referred to call 1813 or 112.
