To offer you the best possible health service, it is important that we receive your previous medical record and that you register using our self-service, since this is required for email consultation, prescription renewal etc. Your children must be registered with their own CPR numbers.

Please contact your former GP to receive your medical record or get in touch with his or her medical secretary.
We recommend that you use the app “Min Læge”. It makes it easy to write us to request prescription renewal and to check whether there are any active prescriptions ready for you.
