The clinic offers daily video consultations
Consultations via video are booked as an appointment following our normal booking procedure. We will evaluate whether a video consulation is suitable in every case.
Video consultations are offered via the “Min Læge” app which can be downloaded via:
- App Store (iPhones)
- Google Play (Android).
Log on at the agreed time. Please follow these instructions for using the app. NB: The app and instructions are in Danish only.
There are cases where consultations over video are not suitable. In these situations we will we make an agreement for another consultation in the clinic.
Topics not suitable for video consultations
- Illness in children under 2 years of age (unless it is about questions of generic nature)
- Skin diseases
- Psychiatric illnesses (unless specifically agreed beforehand)
- Acute life-threatening illnesses
